Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started or credits have been purchased/used. Launch Shots provides instant access to premium features and digital assets, which constitutes the full delivery of the service.
3. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may take place. We will consider refund requests for the following reasons:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the service due to a technical error on our end that we are unable to resolve.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same period.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@launchshots.com within 7 days of the billing date. Please include your account email and details of the issue. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
