1. Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

Common data we collect includes your email address (for account creation/authentication) and usage data (to improve our service).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our services, to send you marketing communications (if you opted in), and to respond to your comments and questions.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We use third-party analytics services (Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how users interact with our application. This helps us improve our service and user experience.

Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays of how visitors use our website. Clarity is not active in the screenshot editor, so your designs and app screenshots are never recorded.

What we track:

User actions and feature usage (e.g., creating projects, downloading images)
Page views and navigation patterns
Device and browser information
Account information (email, plan type, signup date)

What we don't track:

Your project content or designs
Sensitive personal information beyond email
Passwords or authentication credentials

4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

Some features — AI screenshot generation, the in-editor design assistant, AI translation and the AI listing tools — work by sending your content to a third-party AI provider for processing on our behalf. Depending on the feature, that content is your uploaded app screenshots, the description you write, your store listing copy, the rendered design you are editing, and the request you typed.

This happens only when you use one of those features. Uploading an image, editing a design by hand, or browsing the app does not send anything to an AI provider. We currently use Google Cloud (Vertex AI) for this processing, under terms that do not permit your content to be used to train their models.

We keep a record of each AI request for billing, rate limiting and reliability: which account made it, which feature it came from, how many tokens it used, what it cost and whether it succeeded. For the design assistant we also record a truncated copy of the request text, so we can see which capabilities people ask for and cannot get. We do not retain your uploaded screenshots or generated designs in that record.

Please do not put personal data, credentials, or confidential information belonging to anyone else into these features.

5. Data Retention

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law or as described in the Analytics section above.

7. External Links

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
